RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once an item has been bought.
- An item can only be returned if there is a manufacturer's defect. If you discover a defect, please email customer service at info@soulcielite.com with your order information and your concern, and we will act accordingly. We will send you a replacement or issue you a refund/credit.
